This petition has been filed to to issue direction to the respondent police to file a final report in RCS No.6 of 2015 in Crime No.11 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioners herein are the first and second accused in the case in Crime No.11 of 2012. Therefore, in my considered opinion, if the defacto complainant would have come before this Court and have sought for the above said direction, appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction would be given. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Therefore, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
