The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to appoint the petitioner herein in his department in any one of the appropriate post on compassionate grounds.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the husband of the petitioner Thiru.R.Daniel Raj was employed as Public Prosecutor, Grade I, and passed away on account of Cardiac Arrest. The writ petitioner submitted an application seeking appointment on compassionate grounds and the learned Additional Government Pleader now made a submission that the case of the writ petitioner is under consideration and appropriate orders will be passed on the application submitted by the writ petitioner.

3.Under these circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the writ petitioner, seeking appointment on compassionate grounds and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
