ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 13.06.2021 given by the petitioner and investigate the same vide CSR. No. 186/2021 and file a FIR in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in CSR.No. 186 of 2021 has been registered in Crime No.501 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 IPC and 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and the same is under investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
