Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.12728 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020 on condition to stay at Chennai and report in the Inspector of Police, R-1 Mambalam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. passed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12728 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.12728 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
