ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by A.D.Jagadish Chandira, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present habeas corpus petition with liberty.

2. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we inclined to dismiss the habeas corpus petition, with liberty to the petitioner to file petition for guardianship before the appropriate judicial forum.
