The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 2961 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Though the delay is huge, however, the reasons for the delay has been explained in great detail in paragraph Nos.4, 5 and 6 of the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, which justifies the delay.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
