ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that though the temporary approval granted to respondent No.6 for housing sites has been cancelled on 03.01.2013 vide resolution No.92/2012 and notice was issued by the Village Panchayat thereafter, the sites continue to be sold.

2. We thus direct the first respondent to look into the issue after verifying whether there is any valid approval in existence and in case any sites have been sold without approval, action in accordance with law be taken after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
