ORDER

It is seen from the records that in pursuant to a representation made by the petitioner, the patta granted in favour of the private https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents was cancelled. Accordingly, in the village records a sub division was made with respect to the pathway in Survey No.289/29.

The petitioner made another representation dated 28.07.2015 to the 1st respondent seeking to take appropriate action against the private respondents 6 to 8 on the ground that despite the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 2.5.2014 as well as the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 22.1.2014, an attempt is being made to put up construction in the public pathway. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2 Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by himself or through the respondents 3 to 5, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents 6 to 8.
