The petitioner is aggrieved against the non-inclusion of her name in the panel for promotion to the post of BT Assistant (Science) for the year 2016 and thereby seeks for a direction to the respondents to promote her to the post of BT Assistant (Science) in the existing vacancy.

Today, when the matter was called, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the letter given by the petitioner dated 06.12.2022, wherein, she had stated that she had received the evaluation from the District Elementary Educational Officer and therefore, does not intend to proceed with the writ petition and wants to withdraw the same.

3. In view of the statement made by the petitioner in the letter dated 06.12.2022, it would not be appropriate to proceed with the writ petition further.

4. Recording the statement made by the petitioner in her letter dated 06.12.2022, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
