(delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) This Court passed an order on 28.02.2014, directing the petitioners to take notice to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks, failing which, it was indicated that the writ petition would stand dismissed automatically.
2. It is a matter of record that inspite of issuing such a direction on 28.02.2014, the petitioners have not taken notice to the first respondent. Since the order dated 28.02.2014 is a self working order, there is no need for further orders to be passed by this Court.
3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
