Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.DAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9676 of 2021 on 27.05.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Legal Service Authority, Arakkonam refused to receive the condition deposit amount. Therefore, he prays to modify the condition, to deposit the amount to any of the Government forum.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the Registered Advocate Clerk Association, Arakkonam and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
