This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioners' complaint dated 01.04.2025 lodged before respondents 1 to 3 against the 4th & 5th respondents within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 01.04.2025 lodged by the petitioners and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the fourth respondent and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
