This criminal original petition has been filed, seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint in view of the order dated 30.10.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.688 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.688 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem, enquiry has been conducted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the respondent police have registered an FIR in Crime No.96 of 2026 on 14.04.2026 for the offence under Sections 420 & 120B of IPC against five accused persons.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed.
