(CR.NO.23/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 5(c) the petitioner shall report before the Committal court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4708 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 5(c) of the order dated 31.03.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4708 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 31.03.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 31.03.2021 stand unaltered.
