ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.] This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to consider the representation dated 30.04.2024 and direct the 2nd respondent to form an expert committee under the supervision of Retired Judge of this Hon'ble Court to find the reasons for the snag in CCTV surveillance, bring out the same to the public forum and if any dereliction is found, to initiate suitable action as per law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel, who accepts notice for the first respondent/Election Commission of India, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2024 has already been Page Nos.2/4

considered by the first respondent and the reply will be served on the petitioner in a couple of days. The said submission is recorded.
