Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.60813 of 2025.
2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, who is present in Court has no objection in allowing the petition provided the claim of interest for the period of delay of 49 days is waived.
3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2, the petition in C.M.P.No.10147 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 49 days.
