This miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner herein as the petitioner in the place of the deceased petitioner P.Manoharan in WP.No.10254 of 2009.

2. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above writ petition.
