ORDER

Alleging that patta has been given wrongly in favour of the 3rd respondent by excluding the petitioner being a co-owner for the land situated in Survey No.261/3 B2, Neikuppi village, Vengambakkam Post, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 19.08.2015 As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition has been filed.

2 Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as to the private respondents 3 and 4.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
