O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to render protection to the petitioner to carry out the works viz., alter, repair and replace the pipelines situated at Survey No.102/2.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
