ORDER
This revision is also at the instance of the petitioner's wife, who has
taken out an application for amendment of HMOP No.51 of 2022, seeking to include a relief claiming Rs.50 lakhs on the ground of suppression of the factum of impotency of the respondent husband.
2. The petition for amendment was lost in the process of the bundle being transmitted between the Sub Court and the District Court, and the application was accordingly dismissed.
3.In view of the order passed in Tr.CMP No.339 of 2022, this revision is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application after HMOP No.51 of 2022 is transferred to the Family Court, Chennai. There shall be no order as to costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been taken up today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The matter was disposed of on 01.07.2025. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order, a typographical error has crept in and the same needs to be corrected.
3. Registry is directed to carry out the following correction and issue fresh copy to the parties.
The first line of the order, the words "petitioner's wife" shall be replaced as "petitioner/wife".
