Petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the Club. "So long as the petitioner carried on lawful activities, the respondents shall not interfere with the same. However, in the event of petitioner, violating law and criminally indulging in illegal activities, this order will not stand in the way of the respondents from taking appropriate action". No costs.
