Petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the Club. Though the matter has been adjourned on last occasion there is no instructions forthcoming from the respondents. Hence, this writ petition has been disposed of with the following directions:

"So long as the petitioner carried on lawful activities, the respondents shall not interfere with the same. However, in the event of petitioner, violating law and criminally indulging in illegal activities, this order will not stand in the way of the respondents from taking appropriate action". No costs.
