The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.04.2024 in Crime No.917 of 2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 468, 471, 419 of IPC, seeks bail.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are no way connected with the alleged offence, whereas, they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are suffering incarceration from 06.04.2024 and they are ready to abide any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police raised objection for granting bail to the petitioners stating that, petitioners and his friends were working in the pawn shop run by the defacto complainant. On, 26.11.2023, the defacto complainant came to know that, 2.224-kilo grams of gold was missing. On verifying the CCTV camera, it came to light that, petitioners along with other accused robbed the jewels. He further submitted that, stolen property has not yet been fully recovered. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of the petition.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and taking note of the the stolen property has not been fully recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
