By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner, while working as Secondary Grade Assistant in the third respondent School, she was placed under suspension on 29.6.2015 by the Secretary of the third respondent School and the reasons for such suspension was not furnished in the larger public interest. The petitioner has submitted representations to the third respondent dated 02.07.2015 and 19.08.2015 seeking for reviewing/revoking the order of suspension. Since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the allegations appear to be that the petitioner had treated the students badly and also abused them by using their caste and it is nothing but false and concocted one and hence prays for quashment of the order of suspension.

4. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in this Writ Petition or in the representations submitted by the petitioner, directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.07.2015 and 19.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
