This petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 06.03.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.4846 of 2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was unable to execute sureties in time due to his ill-health and therefore, the he was not able to comply with the directions of this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended by two weeks.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered.
