ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent alleging that the property belonging to him has been fraudulently disposed of by way of settlement executed by the 3rd respondent in favour of her son.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that all the documents including revenue documents stand in the name of the petitioner. It is also submitted that despite the representation having been made 24.06.2015, no action having been taken. Hence, this present writ petition.

3. The District Registrar, Chennai is the competent authority to go into the said issue. Unfortunately, he has not been made as a party in this writ petition.

4. Thus, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the District Registrar, Chennai within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the said authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent.
