This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4639 of 2023 on 02.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
