This writ Petition is filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 5.5.2020 and to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries as per the Revenue Records. Page numbers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr. Aruldoss, learned Govt. Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on the file of the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 9.10.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called for an enquriy, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
