This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.08.2016, conduct a detailed enquiry and not to allow any parties to perform any function at Old Survey No.12, Bangi Nagar, Devalapuram, Madhura Post, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of the persistent dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.335 of 2016 u/s 107 Cr.P.C. and have referred the matter to the Executive Magistrate.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Magistrate and participate in the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar gms To 1.The Superintendent of Police Vellore District Vellore.
