This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2020 and reminder representation dated 09.09.2020 to measure the boundaries bearing old survey No.170/2 and New T.S.Nos.19, totally admeasure 3588 sq.ft. which is situated in Ward No.E, Block No.48, Salem West Taluk, Salem District, belongs to the petitioner as per revenue records and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.03.2020 and to conduct a survey in the subject property and lay the boundary 1/3
stones and issue a patta in favour of the petitioner. 2.
The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and the patta also stands in his name in Patta No.1406. The petitioner wanted the second and third respondents to conduct a survey in the subject property and to fix the boundaries and also issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner gave a representation in this regard on 06.03.2020. He followed up with subsequent representations also. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 06.03.2020 and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 06.03.2020 and all other relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
