ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide electricity connection to the CCTV Cameras installed in the roads and the park of the petitioner's association property situated at Nanjundapuram Road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2023.

2. When this writ petition is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that a direction may be issued to the first respondent to pass orders on the representation.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 16.10.2023 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after following the procedure contemplated under the rules including a personal hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
