BY [ RESPONDENT ] STATION HOUSE OFFICER THIRUNALLAR POLICE STATION, KARAIKKAL DISTRICT CRIME NO.108 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition (c) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the thirunallar Police Station at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.9498 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022 by Hon'ble High Court, Madras and pass such further orders or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9498 of 2022 on 26.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
