This Civil Revision Petition arises against the fair and final order dated 04.02.2016 in I.A. No. 885 of 2015 in O.S. No. 413 of 2009 by the Sub Court, Perundurai.

2. The respondent has filed the suit in O.S. No. 413 of 2009 seeking for partition. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the suit has been dismissed as not pressed, before the trial court.

3. In the light of the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
