This petition is filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.971 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.134 of 2023, by order dated 16.02.2023 for executing bond by the petitioner
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 16.02.2023, this court, while enlarging the petitioner on bail, by suspending the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.191 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.134 of 2023, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and on such surrender, he was ordered to execute an own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate II, Walajapet.
3. He further submitted that the petitioner is not able to execute bond within the time stipulated in the order dated 16.02.2023 owing to his ill health and symptoms of contagious disease /fever. Thus he prayed for 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

msr extension of time to comply with the abovesaid order.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) and perused the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition.
5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court grants a further period of two weeks to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.971 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.134 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
