ORDER

Claiming title to the property and alleging that the patta has been wrongly granted in favour of the private respondents 4 to 6, the petitioner made representation dated 30.06.2015 to the respondents 1 to 3. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 30.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to private respondents 4 to 6 . The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
