This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2015 in CSR No.621 of 2015 and subsequently, direct the respondent to enquire the case within the stipulated time framed by this Court.

2. A complaint was lodged by the petitioner against one Reyan Rensly Decurz and Roslin on the allegation of land grabbing and also stating that the petitioner was threatened by them.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the allegation in the complaint appears to be civil in nature and thus, he opposed the petition. He further submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.621/2015 was assigned.

4. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.11.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
