This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025, with regard to the removal of the pushcart permanently parked in-front of petitioner's property.

2. The petitioner is the owner of the property in S.No.R.S.226/2, in Plot No.101 & Ground Floor Building, 1st street, Nehru Nagar, Koyambedu. Whileso, one Vijaya and her son Sundararajan, started running a tiffin centre by permanently parking a pushcart, in front of the petitioner's property. The aforesaid persons in the process blocked a portion of the road, causing traffic jams. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.02.2025 to the official respondents to remove the pushcart. As there was no response, the petitioner filed the above writ petition.
3. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Writ Petition is accordingly allowed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
