W.P.No.20877 of 2016:- The Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for the records of the respondents dated 05.04.2016 and 30.05.2016 in Na.Ka.No.L8/676/2016 and quash the same as illegal, unlawful without jurisdiction besides ultra vires.

W.M.P.No.17896 of 2016:- The Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the original impugned the respondents dated 05.04.2016 and 30.05.2016 in Na.Ka.No.L8/676/2016, pending disposal of the writ petition.

J U D G M E N T

(made by Dr.Vineet Kothari, J.) The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the writ appeal has become infructuous. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not object to it. Hence the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.20271 of 2016 is also dismissed.
