ORDER
The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.12.2025 and 16.03.2026 and consequently direct the respondents to take necessary action in relation to TASMAC RV Shop bearing No.4601 after paying the due arrears including rent, electricity charges, CAM Charges, HVAC charges along with interest to the petitioner.
2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for respondents that petitioner's representation would be considered by the concerned respondent and appropriate orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
3. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to Respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2026, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
