ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the proceedings dated 07.02.2024 and also consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2024 has been forwarded to the 3rd respondent and the same will be considered within a period of twelve weeks in 2/5

accordance with law.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to all interested parties.
