O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer S.C. No. 81/2015 on the file of the Principal District Court cum Sessions Judge, Ariyalur, and to transfer the same to Principal District Court cum Sessions Judge, Perambalur or any other Court.

2. The case was registered by the respondent police for the offence under sections 147, 148, 342, 323 and 02 IPC and subsequently, it was altered as Sections 147, 148, 341, 364, 302 r/w 114 and 149 IPC. The petitioner is the relative to the deceased and he has been cited as one of the witnesses in the case. He has filed the present petition only on the ground that A1 and A11 are practising Advocates in the same Court, therefore, they can have some influence.

3. In my considered opinion, the reason assigned by the petitioner for transfer of the case is very bald in nature. The affidavit contains only vague statements. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
