When the criminal revision was taken up for hearing on 29.08.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 11.09.2018 "for dismissal".

Accordingly, today, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", but, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions from his client.
