ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the driver of the lorry, which has illegally transported soft stone (Mavukal).
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the minor minerals namely soft stone was loaded from the patta land and at that time, the lorry was seized.
3. However, from the records placed by the prosecution, it appears that the stone was removed from the Government poramboke land contrary to Mines and Minerals rule and was seized while it was transit. The petitioner herein abandoned the vehicle and fled away from the scene of occurrence. Three tons of stones without permit being transported in a lorry bearing registration No.TN 33 AF 6805, which was driven by the petitioner herein.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court finds no ground to revisit or review the earlier order of this Court.
