The detenue - Santhosh Sri is a major. As there is some allegation that the detenue has been in the illegal custody of the 4th respondent, earlier, we directed the 4th respondent to be present before this Court. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is present in court. On enquiry, she has stated that the detenue is not in her illegal custody. It appears that the detenue is already married. Even today, the detenue has informed us that she is not willing to go with the petitioner, who is her father. 2.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed setting the detenue at liberty.
