This petition has been filed for modification of one of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.7838 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that on 24.04.2019, the petitioners were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.7838 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, who shall be blood relatives. But unfortunately none of the petitioners' relatives other than the son agreed to give sureties as such the petitioners are in custody for more than 15 days even after getting bail order, since the petitioners are unable to secure two blood sureties. are ready to offer one blood surety.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition. Accordingly, the said condition alone imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7838 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties, out of which one shall be a blood relative.
