COMMON ORDER Seeking survey of the land situated in SF.No.88/1K1, Vedappatti Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Thiruppur District, the petitioners made representations dated 01.09.2015 to the respondents, enclosing challan dated 31.08.2015 and thereafter, the present writ petitions have been filed.

2. It appears that the representations are said to have been given on 01.09.2015 and the petitioners have rushed before this court now.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for and taking in consideration the pendency of the representations dated 01.09.2015, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as to the third parties if any. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
