ORDER
1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the Respondent to receive her articles as requested by her in IA.No.4 of 2019 in OP.No.4639 of 2018 within a time frame.
2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner/Husband could submit that pending IA.No.4 of 2019 for return of the articles filed by the Wife, he has also given a email complaint to the Malaysian Police, who in turn have enquired about the return of the articles and he has also sought for permission of the Family Court to transport the articles of the Wife from Malaysia to India and such permission was also granted. Based on such permission, he has brought the RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

CRP(PD)No.1971 of 2020 Srcm articles from Malaysia and the articles are now lying in the Chennai Port Trust and this Civil Revision Petition has been filed, by the husband, seeking for a direction, directing the wife to take the articles.
4. On perusal of the order, IA.No.4 of 2019, for return of the articles filed by the Wife is still pending before the Family Court, Chennai. On getting permission for the transportation of the articles, on his own accord, the Petitioner/Husband has shifted the articles from Malaysia to Chennai Port for future compliance. The permission was given only for transportation of the articles. At this juncture, there cannot be any such direction given to the Wife, since on his own wish, he has shifted the articles. However, it is open to the Petitioner/Husband to move appropriate application before the Family Court since IA.No.4 of 2019 is still pending before the Family Court.
