Therefore, the present applications have been filed. Subsequently, the respondent has preferred S.L.P against the order of this Court and the same came to be dismissed. Therefore, he submitted that no further order is required in the present applications. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these applications are closed. Learned Arbitrator appointed by this Court dated 0609.2017 shall proceed with the proceedings to resolving the dispute.
