Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondent relating to his impugned decision of the 241st Meeting of the SRC,NCTE dt.29th and 31st March,2013 and 1st April 2013, quash the same as far it relates to the petitioner in item No.114 (APS03834 & APS07389) relating to the withdrawal of B.Ed and M.Ed courses are concerned and further forbear the respondent from in any way withdrawing the recognition granted to the petitioner namely K.R.P. College of Education, Panchapalayam, Padaiveedu(PO), Sankari West-637 303 Namakkal District, without conducting proper inspection on the petitioner institution for verification of records. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent developments, namely, granting affiliation to the petitioner Institution based on the new Regulations, 2014, from the academic year 2015-2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
