Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent police to file charge sheet in Crime No.35 of 2014 within the stipulated time.

3.Considering the nature of the relief sought for herein, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is accordingly disposed of.
