The present Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 27.09.2023 by measuring and demarcating the petitioner's land in Survey No.365/1A, 363/3B and 370/1 to an extent of 0.70 1⁄2 cents in A.Jettihalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner is pending. He would further submit that after giving notice to all the interested parties, survey would be conducted within a period of twelve weeks. 2/4
